Author Spotlight: Jenny Nimmo

I discovered this author about the same time Pixar's Finding Nemo came out, so I actually remembered her name by association, which is saying something since I'm not one to remember names very well. Even when I read a novel I cannot remember the names of the characters. They're always, "the one guy who..." or "the main character..." or "the creepy one that...". Jenny Nimmo is the author of the Charlie Bone series, The Children of the Red King. I almost always visit an author's official website, and hers is one of my favorites - simple, yet fun. To visit, click here. On another note, the bluebird won this blog's mascot poll, which is exciting since my current WIP has a lot to do with birds. Now I just need to figure out how to get the designer of this background to design me a bluebird of my own. I'm glad to be back online! I've actually been gone for about a month, having written and scheduled all of my posts ahead of time. I can hardly wait to get caught up on your blogs, and discover the blogs of my new followers from Sylvia Ney's Wonderland blogfest. Hugs to you all, and have a great week.
